Payments & Credits
AppUncover operates on a flexible, pay-as-you-go credit system. This ensures you only pay for the computational resources and AI features you actually use, without being locked into expensive monthly subscriptions.
How Credits Work
Credits are the internal currency of AppUncover. Different actions consume different amounts of credits based on their resource intensity:
- Market Reports: Generating deep-dive market intelligence reports.
- AI Studio Usage: Prompting the AI to generate or modify app code.
- Cloud Builds: Compiling your source code into a deployable APK or IPA file.
* Exact credit costs are dynamic and can be viewed on your Billing dashboard.
Purchasing Credits
Credits can be purchased securely through our payment provider (PayPro Global). Once a transaction is successfully completed, credits are instantly added to your account balance.
Refund Policy
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital computational resources (AI processing, automated builds, and data intelligence), all credit purchases are final and non-refundable. However, if a Cloud Build fails due to an internal system error on our end, the credits for that specific build will be automatically refunded to your balance.
